I have a problem.
Whenever I listen to music and turn on my iPhone 12 mini, the volume drops to about the volume of 2, but the volume indicator is still up.
This only happens when the iPhone has a low battery charge (~30% and less).
I have also restarted the device several times, but it has done nothing.
My current iOS version is 16.0 (20A362).

The phone will automatically switch to Low Power Mode when the battery is in the 20-30% range to preserve the battery. Volume goes down, screen brightness goes down, and a number things that normally go on in the background stop or slow down. No way to avoid that.
Check the current Battery Health / Maximum Capacity on your phone:
Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Maximum Capacity. if that number is down to around 80%, it's time to replace the battery.

Thats definitely the case. Capacity on 82%.
