Ebook reader software
I have ipad air 4, with iOS v 16.4.1.
is it possible to revert the built-in ebook reader software to its previous version.
I don’t like the modified properties of the new version.

Other than a few Apps that are integral to iOS/iPadOS, installable Apps are only available from the Apple Apple Store. The only available Apps available for download/installation are always the most recent (current) release.
Unless an App is re-released to resolve a problem, a prior version of an App cannot be re-installed. Similarly, you cannot roll-back to an earlier version of iOS/iPadOS.
