Email accounts greyed out in iphone

I have recently updated my email password on my PC and wanted to update it on my iphone, but found the email accounts greyed so i cant select it like always to change the password. Why do apple make it so bloody hard?

Email on iPhone I use Yahoo for email and accessed it through my iPhone mail app. I had to change my password for the account and did so through the Yahoo website on my iMac. Now i no longer receive email on my phone. When I try to check my emil's on my iPhone, it tells me there is an error. I go to Settings>Mail>Accounts and the accounts are grayed out and I cannot tap on it in order to change the password. Any idea on how to fix? Thanks!

Can’t access email on my ipad I use Live.com for email. Always been to access on my iPad until now. it is asking for an updated password on for Outlook. it goes to “settings”, then “passwords & accounts”, then asks me to re-enter password. When I click on “re-enter password”, it tries to open a page for 1-2 seconds then reverts back to the previous page over and over.
