Is you iPhone updated to latest iOS, 16.4.1 or higher?

Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support

Once updated please do a forced restart.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If you card is still not installing, please logout of your Apple ID, restart your iPhone and then log back into your Apple ID.

This was driving me crazy for a while. Turns out I hadn't accepted updated terms & conditions. I had to go to "Apple ID settings" and there it was. After accepting new T & C, Apple Cash started working immediately.

Tried this steps 2 times, still when trying to apply for Apple Card in wallet it still says “Apple services not available”. However, I see my previous Apple Card that got disabled once I paid off air pod max, still in the “previously cards” and it doesn’t let me to remove it saying “either Apple Card has a balance or user is offline”🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️. So looks like it’s not letting to apply for new card because old cards roots are still wired deeply in the system, gotta find out how to completely uninstall it from system

I have been having this issue since November 2023. I have spent literal hours on the phone with support from Goldman Sachs, Apple, and Apple IT to no avail. No one can give me answers. I have tried these steps and so many for almost a year.

I have followed your step by step instructions 4 times and I still can’t add my Apple Card to my wallet. I keep getting the same message. I’m at my wits end. I tried to apply for another Apple Card thinking that might solve the problem but I wasn’t allowed to. Maybe I should call Goldman Sachs and tell them to cancel my current card so that I can apply for another. Do you have any suggestions?

You have an Apple Card Mastercard, is that correct? What iPhone and what iOS ?
