Unable to add my card on Apple Pay

I just got a new phone and have been trying to connect my card to apple wallet and it doesn't want to add my card. 1. i went to the bank, they said it wasn't on their end, 2. i called mastercard, they said there was no issue with the card, 3. called apple support, they can't see anything wrong, 4. went to the apple store and they couldn't see what was wrong, 5. connected my card to my boyfriends phone and it worked, so it is my phone the issue. Tried calling apple support again and they denied my request for a phone call. What is happening?
