Contact Snapchat:

You'd find their Contact Us info in the app's site of the App Store. Having factory reset this, I recommend that you ask them for a new license key.

Perform a chat discussion with them or eMail them. Being a factory reset took place, then it seems understandable. So, if purchased in the App Store, contact the Developer. You’ll find their Contact Us info in the apps site of the App Store. If you don’t see it there, maybe look on the Help menu, seeing if your can find their info in there.
