Can’t access snapchat on my phone

i can’t seem to use snapchat on my phone but if i use another device then i can, my account has been temporarily disabled since 8 September and I contacted snapchat twice but i still can’t access my Snapchat account if I violated the terms of snapchat i will make sure to not do it again
