All the columns in Mail are working correctly except for the "attachment" column, which is not showing which messages have attachments.

The message in question definitely has an attachment, but no paperclip is showing in the list.
How can I make them show up?

You're welcome. It may not work but what I can say is, it's not Ventura. I have two installs on two different Macs and I don't have the problem. I also haven't seen anyone else with the issue.
Rebuilding the Mailbox may help as well.

Try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. Sometimes that will fix anomalies.
Thanks, I'll try it, but I'm not sure it will work. This has been a problem since I upgraded to Ventura.
