Attachments are not showing up in Apple Mail message previews

Using Apple Mail, the mail preview window is not displaying an attacment icon. There is no way to tell if this email has an attachment without either opening the email or expanding "Details" and then clicking on the attachment tab.

I had a similar issue and discovered that the attachments were essentially added into the body rendering at the bottom, but a `height: 100%` setting caused them to be outside the scrollable area. After removing `height: 100%` from the HTML styling, I was able to see the attachments.
