This question has been posted before many times and never successfully answered. This is specific to Music.app with local files. Apple Music is turned off.
Music hangs on Saving Music Library - Apple Community
I have this problem with a new MacBook Pro 14" could anyone figure a solution?
MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.3
Just found out that this doesn't happen if I turn WiFi off, I don't have Apple Music, under iCloud everything is turned off for Music.
I don't know why this happens, seems like its trying to save the library to iCloud or to make a back up
Tried blocking connections with radio silence but even if I block the app, on the activity monitor I can still see it's sending packages
