I’m having problems with Amazon loading on my iPhone.

First, try a forced restart, if that doesn't work, uninstall then reinstall the Amazon app. If that doesn't work, contact Amazon for help with their software.

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

• What Amazon app version? (Find this by searching in the App Store for “Amazon Shopping”. You should see an “Open” button there, as well as the current version 21.8.0.)
• How full is your iPhone storage? (Settings > General > iPhone Storage - you need an absolute minimum of 6GB free at all times.)

New phone- Amazon app missing. Reopened through App Store. Enter PW and then tells me need to open via IOS. Cannot move off that screen. How do I re-get the App?
