Why is Amazon app running slow on my iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPad Pro?

why is my Amazon app running so slowly to load each page. (On both my Apple iPhone 16 pro Max and my Apple iPad Pro). When all the other apps are running fine. I am on Apple IOS 18.5 now. And I still have the same problem. I have tried doing a hard restart, I have cleared out my cache. And all the other tips that I have read on the forum. Anybody else got any possible ideas to try please? As I cannot understand why it’s only happening to one app only all the other apps are running fine. Many thanks for your time.
