Amazon app on iPhone

when I open the Amazon app on my iPhone it states there is no internet connection (which is not true) , yet the app works fine on my iMac and iPad

I’m having problems with Amazon loading on my iPhone. Any body have an idea why my Amazon app won’t open on my iPhone??

Have you checked Settings>Amazon to make sure that cellular data is enabled?

In that case, delete the app and re-install it. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you're going to need to contact Amazon.
