If you're able to use the device, restart the iPhone by following the steps below. When the device is restarted, it refreshes the software, and has been known to resolve some software issues.
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

Also, make sure the iPhone software is up-to-date by following the steps here: Update your iPhone or iPad. They will be able to investigate this further and work towards a resolution.

I have done everything factory reset, repair, enter exit dfu mode using reiboot and the screen is still the same (people call the issue as green screen of death). My iphone 13 pro have been used since 2021 and there is no fall damage even water damage. I heard some people said that apple has used low quality screen for 13 series model. I think high price is worth it but hmm.......
same to me..how to fix this problem?
