Please try to do a force restart - Force restart iPhone - Apple Support.

Unfortunately, this is a community forum. I'd recommend scheduling a Genius Bar appointment to have this further looked at - Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple.

My screen is doing the same thing. I’ve already taken it to Apple apparently it’s the new iOS upgrade. This problem is hurting my eyes. Persons close to me is also experiencing the same problem
