iPhone 13 Pro Max shut down automatically while charging

Hi everyone, big issue here. My iPhone 13 Pro Max shut down automatically while charging during night. Never done before, iOS 16.4.1. Battery charging optimization feature is on. This morning I found it with black screen, no response touching screen or pressing buttons. Booted again only after a hard reset. I had also alarm clock setted, but nothing… Even 2 friends of mine (with same iPhone model) has the same problem last week. Everybody knows how to fix? Or if it’s a known issue? Tonight I’m gonna try again to see if tomorrow morning will do the same. I’m using original Apple lighting cable connected to an Anker power supply (MFI). Battery found at 82% after reboot. Really scared about alarm clock not ringing… screenshot of battery graph below. Battery health at 89%.

  • You see a black screen, but you can hear alerts, sounds, and vibrations.
  • The screen remains black, but the device chirps when you unmute it and connect it to power.

  • You can't force your device to restart because a button is broken or stuck.
