Transferring Apple Cash to Savings

In the setup Savings instructions, I can do Step 1 and 2. However, Step 3, it says "Tap Set Up next to savings ...."

I don't see any such option to Tap. All I see are three sections: "Lifetime Daily Cash" received on the top, "advertisement to invite friends" in the middle and "Bonus Daily Cash Merchants" at the bottom.

I am Apple card holder for the last 4 months and all the Daily Cash now goes into the Apple Cash which I can transfer to my own bank. However, I want to transfer the daily cash to Savings offered by Apple.

Any ideas why this is not working for me?
