How can I know if my card is going to be billed by iCloud?

I was having trouble with my icloud account. I was sent a new card same card name just a new expiration date and had forgotten. I thought someone was trying to hack into my account. I have since submitted a new expiration date, but do not know it that card will be billed? How can I find out?
