If I have an SEID and EID number does this mean that I have an esim attached to my phone?

No. Having a SEID and EID numbers on your iPhone is normal. Both are identifiers. SEID is a NFC identifier and the EID is your device identifier.

Open Settings ➡️ Cellular ➡️ SIMs: Under SIMs, you will see a list of your SIMs.
