Notes, copy paste doesn't work intermittently

(please don't answer that it works on your machine and it's my problem)

At least once a day, copy & paste simple will not work within Notes. Using copy & paste, different text from elsewhere in the note will be pasted and not the one I marked.

• This issue starts after some time once I started the app, anywhere from 10 min. to 2 hrs;
• I obviously can't pinpoint the cause.
• I couldn't link the issue to a specific other app that might interfere, either.
• Once I restart the app, copy & paste works fine - until it doesn't as mentioned before.
• This problem exists for some time now (probably two or three years) across different OSs, currently running 13.3.1 (22E261) on MacBook M1 Pro 2021. Happened on different hardware as well.

This is the only app on which copy/past fails.

It's not my imagination, i've been using computers for 40+ years, and Macs for 10+ years.
