Left airpod makes the case flash amber!

Ok so, my airpods pro charging case does not recognize the left airpod. It does not charge it, it does not reset with it, it does not even go in to pairing mode with it in. When i put the right airpod it does nothing just green light meaning yea its charged and stuff, oh but when i put the left one in the light starts to flash amber it does 4 short flashes and 1 long and repeats. Even if i just put the left one in it starts to flash amber and does not go into pairing mode but it does charge and go into pairing mode with only the right one in. If i put them together in the charging case it charges the right but doesnt charge the left one and flashes amber. When i connect my airpods pro it shows that the right is charging but the left isnt but shows the same battery percentage for both. And then the battery logo and the percentage goes away for the left one. Idk what to do i tried everything and i mean it. Cleaning? Done. Charging? Done. Leaving them to charge overnight? Done. And the thing is because it doesnt recognise the left one and even if it does it just flashes amber, i cant even reset them ( im thinking that maybe a reset could solve this.) i had them not in use for a while and now its like this. The software on them doesnt even upgrade like what? Im on the latest software on my ipad so that cant cause it. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated 🎀

BTW if the case is connected to a power source then it flashes and blinks green cause of the left airpod (still it does not charge the left one and when i take it out the blinking stops but when its only the left airpod or both of them in the case then it blinks green).

Hey L1sa83lle,

It sounds like you've taken some great steps so far. If the issue is not resolved, by resetting your AirPods, you'll need to Get Support directly from Apple.

  1. "Put your AirPods in their charging case, and close the lid.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Open the lid of your charging case, and put your AirPods in your ears.
  4. Go to Settings > Bluetooth. Or go to Settings > [your AirPods].
    • If your AirPods appear there as connected, tap the More Info button  next to your AirPods, tap Forget This Device, then tap again to confirm.
    • If your AirPods don't appear there, continue to the next step.
  1. Put your AirPods in their charging case, and keep the lid open.
  2. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until the status light on the front of the case flashes amber, then white.*
  3. Reconnect your AirPods: With your AirPods in their charging case and the lid open, place your AirPods close to your iPhone or iPad. Follow the steps on your device's screen." How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro

We hope this helps!

Sincerely.
