Trying to access Podcastsconnect, but getting stuck on Terms of Service page - "An error has occurred. Try again later."

I am able to access my Apple account in iTunes and online, but when I go to the podcastsconnect page, it asks me to check the box to accept the news terms and conditions, but then I get a warning that says "An error has occurred. Try again later."


I've tried resetting several parts of my Apple account but nothing is working. Is there a fix for this?
