Getting an error when accepting Terms and Conditions for Apple Podcasts Connect

I'm using my Apple ID to log into Apple Podcasts Connect for the first time, and consistently getting the message "An error has occurred. Try again later." whenever I try to accept the Terms of Service. Have tried multiple times throughout the day, and with multiple browsers, same result.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.6

This has been a problem for some people. You must have a payment method registered in Apple Music/iTunes: make sure your computer is authorised to play purchases (Apple Music or iTunes menu Account>Authorisations>Authorise this Computer). Then try logging in at https://podcastsconnect.apple.com

If this fails I would suggest reporting it Podcasts Support: https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/contact-us


If that fails the next step is to contact Apple Support: Support


Don't present this as a podcasting problem - they don't handle those and will refer you to Podcasts Support. Present the problem as being the inability to access Podcasts Support. It's also been suggested that getting them to look at your Apple ID may clear matters: do you have a Developer ID? Someone else found that his didn't work and when he created a normal ID it worked.

Hi Roger. Unfortunately I have had this issue with my personal account and now a new account that I created going on over a week now with no resolution from Apple Support or Podcast Support.


I have payments up to day, verified account, computer authorized and so on. Still nothing. I've had about 3hrs on the phone with support as well with no luck.


Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated at this point. I'm hoping to launch the podcast in the coming weeks.

I'm afraid I can't help: all this is internal to Apple. Where I can assist is, for example, errors in feeds when a podcast has been submitted that way. The problems with getting into the system to submit a podcast are all too common, but it's not something I have the ability to investigate. I can only suggest pushing the matter with Podcasts Support (rather than general Apple Support who don't deal with podcasts).
