iPhone Timer doesn't sound if period is the same as Auto-lock timeout (iPhone 13 | iOS 16.4)

There are at least two questions with exactly same problem.

How to reproduce:

1) Go to Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Auto-lock -> set X minutes

2) Launch Timer -> set same X minutes as in step #1

3) Start the Timer and leave the phone on a table unlocked and don't touch it.

4) The Timer after being expired is silent.

Possible reason - overlapping locking sound and expired timer alarm conflicts somehow.

Please fix this nasty bug, it have been existing for at least 3 years already!
