After putting on Monterey 12.6.4 and 12.6.5 updates, my email is not working properly on my iMac. I click on an email and it is blank, but it appears correctly on IOS devices.

First, the discussion you sent refers to Ventura while my issue is with the Monterey updates of the previous week. But I did check Privacy and all three things mentioned were unchecked. So that is not the issue. The body of the email which is real email from real people I speak with or companies I deal with, not spam, are not appearing other than the subject title. The screen is blank. Whereas, on my iPad and iPhone, the body of the emails appear in the list.
Are all emails showing "no content" or just some emails. If just some then you can read through this discussion:

I failed to post that it was just some emails, not all. (See my comment below this one.)
The issue applys to Monterey as well as Ventura. I have personally had that issue on both OS. If you read what I referenced you will see the only real solution was to reinstall the OS.
You mean re-install the most recent update, 12.6.5?
If you read the reference it stated that just reinstalling did not work. You need to erase, reinstall the OS, then use TM to migrate. After that you can apply any updates as required.
