iPod Not showing up in Apple Music for Windows 11

Serial number is A1238. The iPod will not show up in Apple Music on my machine. I'm not showing any errors in Device Manager so I don't know what to do.

iPod Classic suddenly not recognized by Music MY last-generation iPod classic, 160gb SSD, is all of a sudden a complete mystery to Music. (I'm at Monterey 12.6.6 as of last night). Everything was fine as of a couple of weeks ago, but now Music never even shows the iPod as being connected. I have restored it several times, and each time the "restore" function in the Finder never seems to complete, and regardless, I never see the "sync iPod" button in the Finder window. Help! Thanks.

It works in iTunes but it will not show in Apple Music. My issue with iTunes is that it will not play any of the music that I have bought over the years using my account.
