Can't stop 2-sided printing

My Mac prints double sided ALL THE TIME. Printers are NOT set up to default to double sided and 2-Sided printing is turned off in the print dialog. Apple Support was negligent and claimed its because the printer OEMs have not updated their drivers and assumed zero responsibility. I have submitted to Apple Feedback with no response. I am assuming it is completely MacOS related as the issue did NOT begin until macOS Ventura 13.1 (And is still unresolved in the latest 13.3.1 update). I have reset the printing system; reinstalled the printers; ensure 2-sided check box is not selected, and even gone into the printer's settings and ensured double sided was not selected as default. Problem is prevalent across 3 Kyocera MFPs, an HP color laser jet, a canon ink printer, a Xerox MFP. All of which have also had the most recent drivers installed from the respective OEM website. I even went so far as reinstalling macOS Ventura... HELP!!!

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.3
