AirPods Pro 2 Engraving is not showing on pairing popup

I just got my new pair of AirPods Pro 2 with custom engraving. My iPhone SE 2 is on the latest version 16.4.1. However, the engraving is not showing up on the pairing popup. How to fix this issue?

Hey joelamltc,

Confirm that 'Sync This iPhone is toggled on under Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive.

After that test the issue. If it persists, or the setting was already enabled, contact Apple Support directly for additional assistance.
