My AirPods Pro 2 engraving not showing on iPhone screen
Dear Apple Support,
I recently purchased the AirPods Pro 2 with the option to have custom engraving. While I am satisfied with the overall quality and functionality of the AirPods, I am disappointed to note that the engraving does not show up on my iPhone screen when I connect the AirPods to my device. I chose to have the engraving done to add a personal touch to my purchase and was excited to see it every time I connected my AirPods. However, it is disappointing that the engraving is not visible when connecting to my iPhone. I would appreciate it if Apple could provide a solution to this issue, whether it is a software update or replacement of the AirPods.
