Is the 'Apple Weather' app available for iPad the way 'Dark Sky' was ?? It doesn't appear in iPad app store for download.

The Apple Weather App is available, in the Apple App Store, for compatible versions of iOS/iPadOS:

While the App Store lists the App as being compatible with iOS10 or later, you will actually require an iPad or iPhone running iOS/iPadOS16 or later.

It is installed on my iPad and is in my iPad's App Store. You should be able to find it by a search for Weather. When I searched it was the third result and when I tap it to look at the details it identifies as "Apple" near the top left of the screen below Weather.

Now that is not a technical question that can be answered here…
