Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261)

After 13.3.1 (22E261) update my .txt, .jpg, .pdf files wont open and my .pmdx and .tmdx (FreeOffice) files are all empty.

How to fix this?

Can't save files on Ventura I'm using 13.4.1 (22F82) and it started a few weeks ago. Any fix for Ventura moving files on Windows server broken? Worked flawlessly for years. With update to Ventura, anytime move files on Windows server from one folder to another, file becomes unable or is not visible. Sometimes able to copy the file on the computer and then open it. Are there any fixes that have worked? Does anyone know if Apple plans on fixing this? Otherwise Ventura is pretty useless for most office environments.

When I send files to iCloud and download them on desktop they are fine. When I move this files in folder where they are used to be, I can't open them again.
