I'm using 13.4.1 (22F82) and it started a few weeks ago. I don't save files normally so I thought it was a Screen Studio issue (I started using save to the clipboard with it)

I updated to the last Ventura version and I'd restarted my machine without any change.

After trying it in safemode as already suggested, if that doesn't help, try using 'Save As'. By holding the Option key in the File menu. If you already saved to the clipboard, it's possible the system thinks it's already saved so using 'Save' won't do anything.

Personally I'm having a hard time understanding what the issue is from the video.
See if you have the same problem while in Safe Mode.
As I suggested, try while in Safe Mode.

The video is showing it's an issue with all the applications. I reached them two weeks ago but as I explained, I just noticed it's a general issue.
The issue is: I can't save any file.
Unfortunately the video is not showing the spinner wheel running forever.

May I ask what you did to fix the issue? I'm having the issue on MacOS Ventura when trying to save a file from anywhere (TextEdit, Save as PDF when printing, Microsoft Word, etc.). Thank you!
FYI, it's been a while, but I believe to resolve this issue, I turned off the iCloud Drive, rebooted, and then turned it back on.
