Doesn't Question mark in photo's

Doesn't Question mark in photo's to assign a name to a person. When I wanna assign a name to a person in photo doesn't circle face question mark.

Help plz

The small face of a person with a question mark doesn’t appear on some photos even though there’s clearly someone in there. Is there a way I can tag the person with a name? I want to tag every person in my gallery with a name but the small face with the question mark that appears when you tap the “i” icon and that lets you tag the person with a name doesn’t appear on some photos, even though there is clearly a person seen. Is there any way I can still tag the person with a name?

Photo Face Names After editing and cropping a photo the face names are in the wrong place (not over the face). There is no "X" in the face name circle to deleter the face name and put it in the correct position. Nor is there a way to move a face name to the correct position. I know how to add a face name. But how do you delete a face name?

That will not appear on a Screenshot.

On a Photo, if the Photos App is not able to recognize then a Question Mark will appear again on the image

This also happens in the case of photos taken with a mobile camera
