Credit available $0 even though balance paid off

I paid off my (over the limit) card 3 days ago and shows $0 balance yet $0 available.

Apple credit card has 0 balance and high limit but declined I Pay m’y Apple Mastercard off as I charge. Ive done that since I got the card to avoid interest charges.
