Display dead pixel issue

I have display issue in my MacBook Air M1. It's had a dead pixels at different part of the Mac I reached the authorised service centre and they replaced the display with the new one but after 2 months display again started having dead pixels issues and again I visited the service centre they said they will again replace the display. Is there any whole unit replaced available in India for the same display issue problem occuring again and again.

No one on this site can provide a definitive answer to that question. The decision to replace just the display or the entire Mac is exclusively up to Apple to decide, and that decision rests upon a number of factors that are constantly changing.
