Audio Language Itunes Movie

Hello, I bought the movie Puss in boots the last wish from the iTunes Store. In the description of the movie, the Arabic language was supported in terms of subtitles and dubbing. But when I bought the movie, there is only English and French. I returned the movie from Apple support and they told me to buy the movie again in order to solve the problem, but it still is. The problem is, is there any solution?
