I cannot play a movie in language that should be able for me and my country

I can confirm that 3 audio languages and 32 subtitles should be available for that title at this time.

• Note that the last few new versions software changed how non-default audio tracks and subtitle tracks are selected. On iPhone and iPad, now use the More button in the bottom right, to bring up the menu for audio languages and subtitle languages.

Else contact the iTunes Store staff for further assistance for issues with specific titles.

You get the language options for your country as set for your Apple ID account. If you have your account set to Poland, then you get access to the Polish edition of the iTunes Store, which content that may have language options tailored to that region. If you changed the region of your account, then the access to movie titles and their language features may have changed with that.

2. On what device and model are you trying to watch this?
3. For which title do you have this issue? If multiple, then one example will do.

Normally, different languages can be configured as described here: Change subtitles or languages for videos in the Apple TV app or iTunes Store - Apple Support. However, you have to choose from audio and subtitle streams as available for that title. One cannot select what the supplying studio didn’t include.

Hi, have you found any solution of this problem? I am from Czechia and I have got the same issue. I purchased the same movie (Puss In Boots: The Last Wish) and watched it few times in Czech language, but recently, all the languages except English have disappeared, when playing the movie. However, they are still listed as available in the movie details.
