Can’t go back to call screen, pressing green at top of screen doesn’t do anything
Can’t go back to call screen when on a call, pressing green at top of screen doesn’t do anything.

We would like to see how we can help you with switching between apps. The green bar just indicates that you are on a call. Are you able to use the App Switcher to get back to the Phone app? What happens if you tap the Phone app outside of the App Switcher? check out this link for more information about using the App Switcher: Switch between open apps on iPhone - Apple Support
"Use the App Switcher
- To see all your open apps in the App Switcher, do one of the following:
- On an iPhone with Face ID: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then pause in the center of the screen.
- On an iPhone with a Home button: Double-click the Home button.
2.To browse the open apps, swipe right, then tap the app you want to use."
