"Call ended" screen missing

For last couple of months my iphone13 iOS 16 is skipping the call ended screen and returns me to call log screen as soon as the call is ended. Problem is that if i am trying to press a hang up button, and the other person hangs up even split second faster than me, than i will end up calling the person whos number appears in the call log at the position of the hang up button.

I've tried that hard reset function, but the problem does not go away.

How do i fix this?
