Siri will no longer answer

9 out of 10 times if I ask Siri a question he says “I can’t get that on IPhone”. Example: Hey Siri, what time does the St Louis Cardinals play today? He will reply I can’t get that on IPhone. Or I might ask for an address and he will say he can’t get that on IPhone. That has become Siris Pat answer. Anyone else? Any suggestions?
