Inconsistent Siri responses between different iPhones

Siri only replies to answers with "I found this on the web. Check it out."

My siri only provides web results instead of speaking it. I checked all settings. We have the same iOS 18.3.0

If I ask Siri, "When is the next full moon?" Siri will speak out the answer - "I have found this'' .

I ask my Siri the same exact question word for word on my old iPhone, Siri speaks aloud, "The date of the full moon"

I would really like to know why this is happening! Siri has never worked as expected on this new Iphone 16 pro. I have tried different voices as suggested by many. But did not resolve.

How does this get resolved?

Siri requires an active internet connection to provide directions in Maps and to play music that has not been downloaded onto your iPhone. If you notice that Siri pauses and resumes frequently while performing these tasks, it is likely due to intermittent internet connectivity. This situation often occurs while driving, as your mobile device constantly tries to connect to the nearest cell tower to maintain internet access. As your vehicle moves through areas with varying signal strength or tower availability, the device may temporarily lose or experience degraded connectivity, causing interruptions in Siri's functionality.
