Heart rate spike - wrong report

I have seen many reports of heart rate spike reports at inconsistent times but has anyone had the issue of receiving notification which are lower than the chosen number?

For instance, I received. 111 notification this morning but in the iWatch app I’m supposed to receive notifications for +120.

If you are talking about a High Heart Rate notification then you should indeed not receive one at 111bpm

I would Force restart your watch i.e. press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

Then while the Watch is restarting Force Restart the paired iPhone

If you get another notification please take a screenshot of it. Make sure Screenshot is enabled in iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, General.

If no better then Unpair the watch and then pair it again.

After that reach out to Apple Support directly. You should be able to reach them here
