Low heart rate notifications

Hi I have a series 3 and have started wearing it to bed every night I have numerous alerts to say my heart rate is to low below 40bpm does anybody know if this a fault with the watches or how accurate they are ? Tia

Personally speaking my watch has been pretty accurate according to my doctor,If you're concerned I would suggest visiting your doctor for reassurance.

In the meantime you could try calibrating your watch to see if that makes a difference;
