I want to know how mod apps are harmful to apple devices.
E.g https://mksapk.com/ and like these sites cover the mod version and also the genuine version.
So if we use apps from such sites, so it will harm our device or not?
What the Pros & Cons of such like forums?
A positive reply will be appreciated.

As above: the spammy link you posted above is relevant to Android devices. Hacked apps can not be installed on an iDevice.

As those are Android compatible apps, they are not relevant to iOS devices.
