Missed calls not showing up in notifications
I’ve recently noticed that when someone calls me, and I don’t pick up, no notification shows up on my screen and in the recent call logs.

You can learn how to adjust your notifications here: Change message notifications on iPhone - Apple Support
However, it sounds like you might be receiving a call through a different app like a social media app that isn't associated with the call log.
