Songs won’t stay added to library

Hi there. Albums I add to my library continually seem to disappear. I’ll click the + button and it appears to have saved (i.e.the + button changes to the download arrow) but a day later it’s back to the + button. It’s even happening to albums I go the extra step with and download; the following day it’s gone. Anyone else having this issue?
