Apple TV Sound Dropping

I've searched for clues about what might be happening, but tonight it was so ridiculous I turned off the TV. I have tried all the audio formats on the 4K and it still happens. This never happened on the last AppleTV I had. What can I try next?

So, I've turned on Atmos, Turned off change format

Turned on change format, changed to 5:1

Changed to stereo

But it's always dropping (right now I'm just listening to apple music)

If you are noticing an audio issue with your Apple TV, first try to restart and update your Apple TV:

If the issue continues and you are connecting to a sound bar or other audio device, try changing the audio output to test other speakers: Adjust video and audio settings on Apple TV
