2022 Apple TV 4K dropping atmos sound

I just picked up the newest 2022 Apple TV 4K and I am having sound drops on atmos around the 15 minute mark watching atmos content. I had this issue on the previous model but was able to stop it by turning off Match Frame Rate. On the newest 2022 model I have Match Frame Rate off and am still once again getting the atmos drops. Tried toggling HDR10+ off and that makes no difference. I have Sonos Arc and Samsung 4K TV…no idea why the newest model is now having the same issue that isn’t fixable by turning if match Frame Rate. Will probably just have to return it.
