Older version of Keynote for macOS Catalina 10.15.7 - NO KEYNOTE PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED

How can I install Keynote in a MacBook Pro with macOS Catalina 10.15.7 considering that:

1) This computer doesn't have Keynote previously installed. It has not been downloaded before in this computer.

2) The answer I get from App Store is the one that appears on the image

3) The answer provided in this thread --> Older versions of Keynote? - Apple Community doesn't work in my case

4) I don't get to see the "Purchase Panel"

5) The answer provided in this thread doesn't work either older version of keynote - Apple Community

Help please!!

:)

You must have previously installed Keynote since Oct 2013 on some Mac using the same Apple ID as you are currently signed into the Mac App Store on Catalina. If you never installed Keynote with any Apple ID, you are done, save for using Keynote for ICloud, or Keynote for a current release of iPadOS (16.3).

If you are currently signed into the Mac App Store on Catalina with that original Apple ID used to previously install Keynote, then press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchases panel, locate Keynote, and click the blue cloud icon to install the last compatible version of Keynote for Catalina.
