Clips captions (Live titles) not working

All of a sudden the captions are no longer working in Clips. Have tried with lav mic, without lav mic, etc. Nothing

No captions appear with Live Captions I no longer get captions appearing with Live Captions. Live Caption shows as ‘listening’ and audio bar indicator which normally bounces about with sound is just flat line despite eg podcast or YouTube audio playing. iOS 16.6.1 and preferred language set to English (US)

Captions won't show! Hello Community! I have been trying to add captions, but they are not showing. I go to the edit menu, the captions and add caption. The caption clip appears at the top of the timeline and the caption editor opens. I have already selected CEA-608 by then. Then I type my line but the subtitle won't appear on the screen. Anyone know why? Thanks in anticipation. Karl

Hi AnnetteR, what version of iOS and Clips do you have installed? You can check iOS version in Settings > General > About and Clips version in Settings > Clips.
